We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive international business development in North America. You will represent a leading Chinese manufacturer of innovative medical devices & laboratory equipment and collaborate with professional distributors and customers worldwide in the life sciences sector, contributing to the advancement of assisted reproduction and the continuation of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote our brand and products through international conferences, customer meetings, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts; provide regular training and sales support
- Achieve or exceed order and shipment targets
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Develop and execute territory plans to expand existing distributor networks and drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; major in biology or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, with proven experience in the North American market
- Familiarity with biological laboratory instruments in hospital or academic settings; IVF market knowledge is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Chinese is required

You will represent a leading Chinese manufacturer of innovative medical devices & laboratory equipment and partner with professional distributors and customers worldwide in the life sciences sector, advancing assisted reproduction and contributing to the continuation of life.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; biology-related majors preferred
- Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, with direct experience in Southeast Asia or South Asia markets
- Solid understanding of biological laboratory instruments in clinical or research environments; IVF background highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); fluency in Chinese is mandatory
